Database Architect  
  Given explosive growth in customers and locations with requirements for near real time latency and 24/7/365 availability I designed a high-availability solution with stringent reporting requirements and off-site disaster recovery capability.  The resulting system includes fail-over clustering, database mirroring, and log-shipping.
Database Administrator  
  With over 80 servers and 1200+ databases I was one of two dedicated administrators responsible for all aspects of SQL Server instance and database administration, production support, maintenance of high-availability solutions (Log-Shipping, Database Mirroring, Clustering), and implementing solutions produced by seven development teams.
Database Developer  
  I developed an automated system to gather and report on our infrastructure metadata, including database and job locations, database and instance properties, database file growth, etc. Using SSIS to gather the metadata, push database objects, and SSRS for interactive reporting, the system dynamically tracks and supplies required information to the entire 100+ member Information Services team.
Instructor  
  I have a demonstrated ability to teach complex technical subjects.  I wrote a 100 page textbook to teach a 15 hour class on TSQL For Data Analysts.  The original class which graduated 15 students was so successful two more classes were requested by the users.  Almost 40 students completed the course able to write basic and medium difficulty TSQL queries.  This greatly enhanced their capabilities in business analysis and testing.Multiple presentations at local SQL Server Users Group.
